Student Vote Exit Survey
The results of Student Vote Canada 2025 have sparked more discussion and analysis than ever before, with many political experts and pundits trying to figure out what the results say about the younger generation and the future of Canada.
To hear from the students themselves, we partnered with Abacus Data on the first-ever Student Vote Exit Survey. More than 13,000 students from across Canada completed the survey and responded to questions about the issues they cared about and the factors that influenced their vote.
More than half (54%) of students said they based their vote primarily on the party that they felt had the best policies, and cost of living was by far the most important issue for students this election.
